Naviron is pleased to partner with fast-growing startup that offers a business management SaaS solution to customers in the flooring and remodeling industry. They're looking for a Director of Customer Experience to lead and inspire a team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and fuel business growth.
**This is a hybrid position, candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.**
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and inspire the onboarding, CSM, and support teams
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Identify project roadblocks and at-risk customers with your team
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for the team and coach your team members to become best-in-class contributors and support their personal development goals
- Use data from customer feedback, surveys, and other insights to coach, motivate and reward the team, identify experience gaps, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch initiatives including Go To Market strategies
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize processes, technology solutions, and/or workflows to achieve customer experience objectives
What you have:
- 4+ years building customer relationships with the ability to successfully manage high-profile accounts
- 4+ years working with B2B software
- 2+ years managing a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Obsessed with creating positive customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
- HubSpot experience a big plus
Compensation:
- $120-130K base + $20K variable = $140-150K total compensation
